Processing Times
All orders are packed, processed, and shipped within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During busy periods such as sales or restocks, processing times may be slightly extended.

Pre-Orders
Pre-ordered items may take up to 30 days to be packed and shipped.
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, everything will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.

• Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days

New Zealand

• Standard International: 4–15 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by the courier. Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are outside our control.
