No Returns for Change of Mind

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on beauty products, lash products, or any items that have been opened or used.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we will organise a replacement or refund.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

We do not refund or replace orders marked as “delivered” by the courier.
If your order is lost in transit, please contact the courier first, then contact us for further assistance.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are not eligible for cancellation once purchased. Please ensure you are happy to wait up to 30 days before ordering.

Sale Items

All sale, discounted, or promotional items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
