When will my order ship?
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days (a little longer during sales and restocks).
How long does delivery take?
Australia: 3–10 business days. New Zealand: 4–15 business days. You'll get tracking as soon as it ships.
What about pre-order items?
Pre-order items can take up to 30 days to ship. If your order mixes pre-order and in-stock items, everything ships together once the pre-order item is ready.
Can I return something?
For hygiene reasons we can't accept change-of-mind returns on opened or used beauty products. If anything arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll organise a replacement or refund.
